Getting you the help you need, when you need it, is important to us. We offer a variety of EAP services through Cascade Centers to help you resolve work-related conflicts or other personal issues, including:

Diagnosis and treatment planning

For each concern, you’ll receive up to three paid diagnosis and treatment sessions . That covers you and each of your eligible family members.

Problem solving and referral

Once you complete your intake, we’ll assess and diagnose your concerns. Then we’ll work together to create a plan to problem-solve these issues. If needed, we’ll refer you and/or your family members for additional support with substance abuse, relationship issues, mental and emotional distress, and work-related concerns.

Consulting and coaching

Life can get complicated. As needed, you can tap into services such as “The Line,” Listening Library, tax resolution, free online will preparation, career development, life coaching and parent coaching. Use these resources to determine the best course of action to resolve personal, family and relationship issues.

Group critical incident stress debriefings

We provide stress debriefings in the 48–72 hour window following a traumatic event. Services include 24/7 consultation to managers before, during, and after an incident, as needed. We also can help managers identify potential problems that may need to be addressed immediately or in the near future. In addition, we can work with you to recognize post-traumatic stress symptoms or other complications. Management consultation is available for people who would like to learn more about the CISD and understand the signs and symptoms of post-traumatic stress syndrome, how to intervene with others, and how to make a successful referral to the EAP. A minimum of five participating employees in attendance is required for group debriefings.

Legal/mediation consultation

Each covered member is eligible for one initial free 30-minute office or telephone consultation per separate legal/mediation matter (limit three per year) with a network attorney or mediator. If you decide to retain the participating attorney or mediator after the initial consultation, s/he will receive 25 percent off the attorney or mediator’s normal hourly rate.

Financial planning

You are eligible to receive telephone-based financial coaching from certified financial consultants.

Home ownership program

We provide assistance and discounts on services associated with selling, buying and refinancing a home.

Identity theft management

Members are eligible for a free 60-minute consultation with a highly trained Fraud Resolution Specialist™ (FRS). The FRS will conduct emergency response activities and help members restore their identity and good credit, and resolve fraudulent debts, etc. Members also receive an Emergency Response Kit outlining ways to repair and manage their identity over time to prevent it from happening again.

Concierge support

For people on the go, our Concierge service makes managing a busy life a little easier. Get help with everything from finding conveniently located dry cleaning businesses to dog-sitters. This service saves you time by researching, identifying and verifying information and resources for you.
